1. Introduction
These Terms govern the viewing of this portfolio and define the framework for contracting freelance engineering and graphic design services provided by Adam Sulaiman (IbnSulyyman).
2. Intellectual Property & Work Samples
All design systems, proprietary code, brand concepts, and packaging prototypes presented on this website are the intellectual property of Adam Sulaiman or the respective commercial clients for whom the work was created (e.g. MARVEL, Berger Paints, Almarai, Sberbank, Al-Ghazali Watches, PayTalli).
Work is presented for portfolio evaluation, case study reference, and capability demonstration. Unlicensed reproduction or commercial distribution without written consent is prohibited.
3. Client Engagements & Deliverables
Formal software engineering and graphic design projects are executed under mutually agreed Statements of Work (SOW) or written client agreements, detailing milestones, deliverable formats (vector dielines, production git repos, Figma files), and intellectual property transfer upon final settlement.
4. Prepress & Production Guarantees
Packaging and print deliverables are prepared according to standard commercial prepress tolerances (die-cuts, traps, Pantone spot channels). Final production approvals remain subject to client proof sign-off before mass printing.
